Aristotelous Square and the waterfront are natural orientation points; Ladadika has a lively dining atmosphere and the historic upper town offers different views. The metro now operates alongside buses, but its coverage is not universal. Check the specific station and last connection for each production address.
Budget and preparation
Greece uses the euro. Compare a central hotel with lodging nearer the shoot and account for summer demand, equipment transport and possible event crowds. Strong sun and coastal wind can affect outdoor work, so discuss alternatives, permissions and the commercial use of images before the booking.

A photographic walk from Aristotelous Square toward the waterfront gives broad city views; Ladadika offers a denser streetscape, while the Upper Town needs additional travel and offers elevated perspectives. Transport for assignments
Thessaloniki Metro publishes fare information and operational notices, including temporary station closures when ordered by authorities. Never promise a particular stop is available without checking on the shoot day. Keep a bus or taxi alternative for equipment, and reserve a sheltered location when strong coastal weather is forecast.
